B-hIL6 mice(Catalog number:B-EM-015)
The mouse IL-6 gene is replaced by the human IL-6 gene (hIL-6), resulting in mice that are fertile without growth abnormity. After the mice are treated with the human IL-6 antibody, human IL-6 can be detected through ELISA and qPCR, and is dose-dependent on human IL-6 antibody.
B-hFcgrt (FcRn) mice (Catalog number:B-EM-014)
The gene expresses the human FcRn protein, but not the mouse FcRN protein. The half-life of hIgG in B-hFcgrt(FcRn) mice is greatly increased.
B-TGFb1 cKO mice(Catalog number:B-EM-022)
Reports show that Tgfb1tm1Doe mutated homozygous mice develop normally, but die two to three weeks after birth. To overcome this defect, we prepared B-TGFb1 cKO mice. These mice homozygotes grow normally and are fertile.
B-IL17-EGFP KI mice(Catalog number:B-EM-017)
Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is an important pro-inflammatory cytokine, and plays a critical role in the pathology of multiple inflammatory responses and autoimmune diseases.
B-ApoE KO mice(Catalog number:B-EM-021)
Phenotypic characteristics: p53 is an important tumor suppressor gene. Mutation of this gene occurs in more than 50% of all malignant tumors. After p53 gene mutation, the p53 gene loses its regulatory function on cell growth, apoptosis and DNA repair, thereby allowing carcinogenesis instead of suppressing it.
B-p53 KO mice (Catalog number:B-EM-020)
