Customers outside North America order, please contact us for shipping first. Biocytogen ships directly to many countries, with transit times ranging from 2-10 days. Antibodies are stable at ambient room temperature for such durations; our staff has done extensive stability testing studies to ensure product performance. Biocytogen ships via preferred courier and charges a shipping fee commensurate with shipping costs to the destination country. Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes once the parcel arrives in their country.
