3. Drug screening and isolation of gene-targeted ES cell clones (4-6 weeks)

4. Positive ES cell clone re-confirmation (2 weeks)

5. Blastocyst microinjection and chimera generation

6. F1 offsprings with germline transmission (by PCR)
